We thank Loren for the fundraising and global giving for hosting KIMTA and collecting all the cash on our behalf

Thanks and God bless

This month we had a British sports coach, Iain Buscombe visit us to develop our sports programme. Focusing on tennis and rugby he held introductory workshops with the children of Kabira and donated much of the equipment for the sports to be sustainble within the commuity. Tennis especially has been a great success giving women an opportunity to participate in competitive sports, where in the pat they have been excluded from more physical activities such as football and rugby. This is a great start to what will hopefully become a sports academy within the slums.

Schools close for summer on November 23rd. Year Eights are currently sitting exams, and the higher academic sets have their exams in the next fortnight. GOOD LUCK! From here some children will be lucky enough to be given scholarships through KIMTA and international groups.
